Ribbon Ridge Vineyard Wines

Wine reflects the fruit and the fruit reflects.the place. We are fortunate to have set down roots in one of the best places in the world for growing Pinot Noir wine grapes. My job as a winemaker is simply to guide the fruit from the vineyard to the bottle.

Our Wines

Each year since 2003 we have produced a small amount of wine from a block of vines in the estate vineyard we call the Wedding Block. Our wines tend to have bright fruit, solid structure and complexity that reflect the vineyard and the vintage. All our wines share some characteristics — the luscious black cherry, blackberry and plum flavors with highlights of raspberry and strawberry. However each wine is unique due to the year-to-year diversity of the weather during the growing season.

In addition to the red Pinot Noirs, we also produce limited quantities of Pearl, our White Pinot Noir and Haley Rose Rosé made from 100% estate fruit.

The one characteristic that all RRV wines share is that they are all food-friendly styled to accompany and complement food. Must be our cooking background. As you peruse our portfolio of wines, click on the Details link to learn more about each wine, then hover over the images for suggestions on food pairings.

We are able to ship wines to much of the United States. However, we cannot ship internationally and there are a number of states to which we cannot ship. At this time, these states include Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Utah. Rules for direct shipments to consumers are constantly being updated so this list may change without notice. When you enter your shipping address, we will confirm that we are currently permitted to ship to the address and if we can’t your order will not be accepted. Keep in mind, it is always an option to pick up your wine directly from us at one of our tasting events.

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. During times when we deem in inadvisable to ship wines using our standard ground delivery, RRV, LLC will give buyers the option to elect a more suitable delivery method (Express or temperature-controlled shipping). Alternatively, customers may elect to defer shipment until the weather improves sufficiently to ship safely. RRV, LLC, is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
